Note: The Application Form should be fully completed and signed by the referring agent.
The application will generally then be considered at the next Trustee meeting and you will be informed of the decision shortly afterwards.
Once we receive the application, it will be held in a secure manner. However, when it is received over the internet, it is not sent over a secure network. It is the same for any email you send the Trust, unless you encrypt it, you may be subject to data theft. Should you require further details, please see our Privacy Policy on how we handle the data.
Any intimidation, aggression, violence, or unacceptable behaviour or language towards us or our staff by an applicant will result in the application being declined.
