If you are using the form below then we suggest you take a look at the questions first and get the required information ready before you start.
Note: an Application Form should be fully completed and signed, either by the person requiring assistance, or by the referring agent (but signed by both).
Once we receive the application, it will be held in a secure manner. However, when it is received over the internet, it is not sent over a secure network. It is the same for any email you send the Trust, unless you encrypt it, you may be subject to data theft. Should you require further details, please see our Privacy Policy on how we handle your data.
The application will generally then be considered at the next Trustees’ quarterly meeting and you will be informed of the decision shortly afterwards.
Any intimidation, aggression, violence, or unacceptable behaviour or language towards us or our staff by an applicant for a grant from the MacDougall Trust WILL result in the application being declined.
